The following foods must be consumed in the context of the rules of the diet. With rare expectations, only the food listed here are appropriate to this phase of the Atkins diet.
Only the first group__ meat, fist, fowl and eggs___ and the approved beverages, are to be freely consumed.
The other foods can be eaten only as frequently as your metabolism allows___
